This is not rocket science, but most people just don’t realize how important it is to stay hydrated – especially if you live in the dry Western States of the US. Being properly hydrated makes your skin look awesome. So, one of the best ways to nourish your skin is to drink plenty of water. Why? What exactly does it do? Well, Water assists the body with it’s natural elimination process by flushing unwanted toxins out. Be reminded that this can have a long term effect and that you need to keep up the water consumption to help your skin to slow down the aging process and to look better.
